01. Acceptance of Terms
By utilizing the “Digital Machine Tools” provided by Pixerts, you represent that you have the authority to bind your organization (OEM, Machine Shop, or Industrial Entity) to these terms. If you do not agree, you must cease use of our services immediately.
02. Scope of Industrial Services
Pixerts provides specialized digital services including, but not limited to:
- WordPress Development for CNC, Robotics, and Pharma sectors.
- Industrial SEO & AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).
- Google Ads Management for Manufacturing RFQs.
- UX/UI Design based on the Pixerts 8px-Grid Standard.
03. Intellectual Property (IP) & CAD Data
In the Precision Engineering and Robotics industries, IP is the primary asset.
- Client IP: You retain all rights to CAD files (STEP, DXF, IGES), blueprints, and proprietary manufacturing processes uploaded to our secure servers for project estimation.
- Pixerts IP: We retain ownership of our proprietary “Digital Frameworks,” custom code snippets, and the 8px-grid design logic developed during the project, unless otherwise transferred in a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA).
- License: You grant Pixerts a limited license to use your branding and project case studies (e.g., Apex Precision Parts) for our portfolio, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is explicitly in place.
04. Manufacturing RFQs & Lead Generation
- No Guarantee of Results: While we engineer high-velocity Contract Manufacturing Lead Gen systems, Pixerts does not guarantee specific sales volumes or the closing of RFQs.
- Data Accuracy: You are responsible for the technical accuracy of the machine lists, tolerances, and material specs provided for your AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) profiles.
05. Payment & Project Milestones
- Billing: Services are billed based on defined technical milestones (e.g., UI Approval, Backend Development, Deployment).
- Late Payments: In the industrial sector, momentum is key. Delayed payments may result in a “Pause” of SEO/AEO maintenance or Google Ads management to prevent “Digital Rust.”
06. Limitation of Liability
Pixerts provides “Validation-Ready” digital products, but we are not liable for:
- Physical manufacturing errors resulting from website data inaccuracies.
- Loss of ranking due to third-party algorithm shifts (Google/Gemini).
- Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our Industrial UX platforms.
07. Industrial Security & Force Majeure
We employ “Zero-Error” security protocols. However, Pixerts is not responsible for breaches caused by third-party hosting failures or “Force Majeure” events including industrial cyber-attacks or global infrastructure outages.
08. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from our industrial partnerships shall be resolved through binding arbitration, prioritizing the continuity of your digital operations.
09. Modifications to Terms
Pixerts reserves the right to update these terms to reflect the Future of Industrial Marketing. Continued use of our “Digital Infrastructure” after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
